In every plan

The bits that don't
change.

A senior partner, blended hours, and a flex-bank for the weeks that won't behave.

Every plan is built on the same engagement model. You get a senior client partner who owns the relationship, a production team behind them, and one fixed fee that covers the lot.

Hours are blended across disciplines — not allocated to a single channel — so the work that month goes where it earns the most. And a small flex-bank covers the launches, urgent fixes and odd Tuesdays that no retainer fully predicts.

  • i.

    One senior partner

Writes the plan, sits on the call, makes sure the work happens. Not an account manager learning on your patch.

  • ii.

    Blended hours

Time moves between strategy, web, SEO, paid and content as the month demands. No "but that's not in scope".

  • iii.

    Flex-bank

A small allowance of hours that rolls forward up to a cap. For the unexpected, not for invoicing surprises.

  • iv.

    Plain-English reporting

One monthly note. What we did, what it earned, what's next. No 60-slide deck nobody reads.

How the fee works

Fixed, monthly,
visible.

i.

Fixed monthly fee

One number, invoiced on the first. No timesheets, no surprise overages, no creative interpretations of "out of scope".

ii.

No long lock-in

Thirty days' notice, either side. We earn the next month every month — that's the entire business model.

iii.

Blended team rate

The price reflects the team, not a junior's hourly rate. Strategy, web, SEO, paid and content all sit under one number.

iv.

Outside the fee

Media spend, hosting and third-party licences are passed through at cost. We tell you what they are before you commit.

The honest answers

Things people
actually ask.

i.

What if I don't fit a package?

Then you don't. Most of our work is one of the four above; occasionally we shape something bespoke. We'll tell you straight on the call. Not sure you fit at all? Six honest questions will tell you.

ii.

Does the fee include media spend?

No. Paid media, hosting and licences run through your accounts at cost. We don't take a percentage of spend — it's a model that quietly punishes good media buying.

iii.

Can we start small and grow?

Yes. Most Cornerstone clients started on Fieldstone. You can move up — or back down — with thirty days' notice.

iv.

What if we need a full website rebuild?

That sits on Keystone, or runs as a separate project with our group studio. Either way we scope it openly, with a fixed price.

v.

Who actually does the work?

A senior client partner owns the account. Behind them sits a production team of specialists — writers, designers, paid people, developers. No juniors learning on your account.

vi.

How long until we see something?

A plan in week two. First work shipping in week three. We don't disappear into a four-month onboarding before anything happens.

Talk to us

Thirty minutes. No pitch deck.

We'll tell you honestly which plan fits — or whether none of them do. If we can't help, we usually know someone who can.

What the thirty minutes covers: what you're trying to grow, what's worked so far and what hasn't, and an honest view on whether we're the right team to own it.
