Cobbydog — a manufacturer of cold-pressed dog food, made at low temperatures to preserve its plasma-rich nutritional benefits — already had a loyal following. As a long-standing client whose website we had previously built, they came back to us with a new challenge: launch a new product, Immunity Impact, and turn it into real sales.
The Challenge
Cobbydog needed support to bring Immunity Impact to market and drive sales through their website. The product had real substance behind it — the question was how to name it, package it and position it so existing customers and new ones would reach for it.
From Name to Shelf
We worked with Cobbydog to name the product, then designed all of its packaging — for the physical shelf and the digital one — and launched it on their existing website and across social media. Because we had built the original site and its subscription model, we could plug the new product straight into proven infrastructure rather than starting over.
The Impact
By piggybacking the existing subscription model, the launch increased revenue by 35% and lifted average basket value at the same time. And, going by the case studies of very happy pups, the dogs approved too.
