brand, store and launch built from the ground up

Some clients arrive with a brand that needs polishing. Bulldog Toys arrived with a name and an idea. They had not done anything digitally beyond that — but they had real ambition for the toys and collectibles industry, home to names like Barbie, Funko, Nerf, Pokémon and LEGO. They came to us to turn that ambition into a business customers could actually buy from.

The Challenge

Bulldog Toys needed everything: a complete identity and a full marketing strategy to make a mark in a crowded, fast-moving sector. Breaking into toys and collectibles means competing for attention against some of the most recognisable brands on the planet — so the new brand had to feel confident and distinctive from the very first touch.

A Brand and a Shopfront, Built Together

We created Bulldog Toys' identity and built their store on Shopify — chosen so customers could browse and buy easily, and so the team could manage products without friction. Strong, consistent branding ran through every part of the digital presence, all of it reflecting the company's mission: a British company, built on pride.

The Impact

The launch landed, and from a completely standing start Bulldog Toys achieved genuinely ambitious growth. The relationship has continued well beyond launch day: we now run their ongoing marketing — social-media management, SEO, Google Ads, signage and print design, website updates, influencer outreach and third-party advertising — the full engine behind a growing brand.
